What do you do to be creative? I am the co-owner of Kingdom Designs. My partner and I create spiritual and motivational apparel.

What’s an arts event that you’ve been to or seen recently that you enjoyed? In May, I visited the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh and enjoyed exploring their galleries including the Golden Mummies of Egypt Exhibition, African Gallery of Art, and GlaxoSmithKline Education Gallery.

Do you participate in any community cultural activities? I love attending Trap N Shop, a vendor market at Camp North End with the goal of helping to circulate the Black Dollar in Charlotte.

What is your favorite thing about UNC Charlotte or The College of Arts + Architecture? UNC Charlotte is an amazing place for students and people to grow. Being surrounded by different cultures and vibes of people make this a fun and exciting experience. The CoA+A students are incredible and creative. They inspired me so much!

What do you like to do for fun? Fun time is spent with my family! Fun work time is spent working on my other business of urban development for low-income communities, including stopping gentrification in the Charlotte area.
