Whether you are a prospective or current student, faculty, or staff, there are number of support options for IT assistance. 

Faculty & Staff

Contact the IT Service Desk for assistance at help.uncc.edu or by calling x75500. The Storrs Walk-Up Desk is staffed 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday.  

Students

  • For personal computer purchasing and repairs, contact the NinerTech Store
  • Please be aware, starting Fall 2020, all new students are required to have a laptop to support their college experience, particularly as classes adapt to include more virtual options. You may bring a laptop you already have or choose to buy a new laptop from any vendor. Please note: Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and mobile devices do not meet this requirement.
